Overview


The Interactions page is your central hub for managing all of your interactive experiences (e.g., quizzes, surveys, polls) created in CredSpark. From here you can:


  • View and search through your interactions
  • Filter and sort by status, type, date and more
  • Adjust which metrics are displayed in the table
  • Export the table if needed
  • Create a new interaction


Titles: Display vs. Internal


Each interaction listed on the page shows two titles:


  • Display Title : this is what your participants will see when you share your interaction. Example: We’d Love Your Feedback!
  • Internal Title (in grey, below the display title): this is for your internal use to help you organize and recognise interactions at a glance. Example: Employee Engagement Survey – Q1 2025


Tip: Use a short, engaging display title for your audience, and reserve the internal title for descriptive context (e.g., include the project name, target audience, quarter or version). 


You can sort the Title column by Display Title only.



Page Columns


The Interactions table can display a variety of columns. You can choose which ones to show using the gear icon in the top-right corner of the table.



Below is the full list of available columns you can display:

Shows the display title (and the internal title beneath it)

Author
The team member who created the interaction.
StatusCurrent state of the interaction (e.g., Active, Unpublished)
Type

The format (Survey, Quiz, Poll, etc)

CreatedThe date the interaction was first created.
Last EditedThe date when the interaction was last modified
QuestionsNumber of questions included
Unique ViewsThe number of unique users who have viewed the interaction.
StartedThe number of participants who began the interaction (clicked “Start” or answered the first question).
CompletedNumber of times the interaction has been completed
Registered

Number of registered participants (if applicable)

Last CompletionThe date when the most recent completion occurred.


Filter, Search & Export


  • Use the search box at the top left to quickly find an interaction by (part of) its title.
  • Click the filter icon to filter by Status, Type, or Last Edited date.
  • Once filters/settings are applied, your selections are saved in your browser so your customised view persists when you return.
  • Use the download icon to export the current view of the table (e.g., for sharing or reporting).


Create a New Interaction


To start building a new interaction:


  1. Click the New button in the top right.
  2. Select your interaction type (Quiz, Survey, Poll, etc).
  3. Follow the creation flow to add questions, configure design and settings, and publish when ready.


Frequently Asked Questions


Q: Why can’t I see one of my interactions in the list?

 A: Check your filter settings -  it may be filtered out by Status, Type or Last Edited date. Also ensure you’re in the correct workspace/team if your account has multiple.


Q: My column selection looks different when I return - why?

 A: Your customised view (filters + column selection) is saved in the browser you’re using. If you switch browsers or clear your cache, you’ll revert to the default view and may need to re-apply your settings.


Q: Can I export a filtered view only?

 A: Yes. When you apply filters and then click the download icon, you will export only the interactions currently visible under the filters and column layout you’ve set.
