When CredSpark is enabled for your org, by default the data sent to us is anonymized. That means when you navigate to our Data tab, you will see alphanumeric strings in the fields for “first name,” “last name,” and “email.”

There is an ID in the column labeled “User UUID,” and that should correspond to an ID in Degreed called “Alias ID,” which means you can use a vlookup (or similar) to identify which of your users have engaged with a quiz or survey.

If you would prefer to see actual user names and emails in CredSpark’s Data tab, simply reach out to Degreed with a request to have your data de-anonymized to us! Once Degreed’s security team approves this request, real data will show up in that tab.
