When your interaction hasn't yet started or has been closed, CredSpark automatically presents predefined messages to end-users. However, you have the flexibility to personalize these messages to better suit your needs.


Here's how:


  • Navigate to the "Deliver" tab within your CredSpark dashboard.
  • Locate the “Open and Close Dates” section 
  • Within this section, you'll find the option to "Create custom message." Click on it to customize the messages. 



By crafting tailored messages, you can enhance the user experience and ensure that your interactions communicate exactly as you want them to with your audience.
