
When your interaction hasn't yet started or has been closed, CredSpark automatically presents predefined messages to end-users. However, you have the flexibility to personalize these messages to better suit your needs.
Here's how:
1. Navigate to the Deliver tab within your CredSpark dashboard.
2. Locate the Open and Close Dates section.
3. Enable the toggle for either Set a specific open date/time or Set a specific close date/time.
4. Once enabled, you’ll see the option to Customize "Interaction Not Yet Open" Message or Customize "Interaction Closed" Message. Click on it to edit the text.

By crafting tailored messages, you can enhance the user experience and ensure that your interactions communicate exactly as you want them to with your audience.
Note: We've updated how time zones are displayed when setting open and close dates for your interactions. Previously, times were shown in UTC. Going forward, the time zone will automatically reflect your local computer settings, making it easier to schedule interactions without manual time zone conversion. This change applies to new dates only - any open and close dates you've already configured will not be affected.
