Self Email Notifications: Conditional Routing

You can now set up Conditional Routing for email notifications. Conditional Routing allows you to send notifications to different recipients based on conditions you define - such as participant answers, time spent, custom tags, hidden fields, and source. Learn more in this Knowledge Base article.

Explanations per Answer Choice

You can now add a separate explanation for each answer choice. This option is supported for Multiple Choice, Dropdown, Image Select, and Hotspot question types. Learn more in this Knowledge Base article.

New: Open and Close Dates for Collections

You can now set Open and Close Dates for a Collection, making it easier to control what participants see throughout the Collection’s lifecycle. Before it opens, during any gaps when no interactions are active, and after it closes, participants will see the appropriate customizable Collection message instead of a general error page.
