Section Display Logic
CredSpark offers several ways to customize how participants experience your interaction - including Skip Logic, Question Display Logic, and now Section Display Logic.
Section Display Logic lets you control when a section is presented, based on a participant’s previous answers and other response information (custom tags and time spent), and hidden fields. This is helpful when you have a group of questions that should only appear under certain conditions. Learn More.

Update to Time Spent Reporting
We have updated how Time Spent is calculated in CredSpark. Previously, Time Spent only measured “Active Time,” excluding registration questions and stopping the timer after 10 seconds of inactivity. With this release, Time Spent now reflects the actual total time participants spend in an interaction, including registration questions. This provides a more accurate view of participant behavior, ensures reporting in the Data & Analytics tab (which uses median time) remains meaningful, and aligns our metrics with industry standards.

New Themes Enhancement: Re-apply Option
When editing a theme, changes previously applied only to the interaction you were working on and to future interactions using that theme, while existing published ones remained unchanged. With this release, we’ve introduced a new option: “Re-apply to interactions using this theme.” Selecting this option updates all interactions that use the theme - ideal for scenarios like refreshing branding colors - so every interaction reflects the most recent version.
