We’re excited to share the latest release updates! This time, our main focus is on enhancing Live Mode with a brand-new way to boost engagement - Speed Scoring.

With Speed Scoring, participants can now earn more points for answering scored questions faster, adding a fun and competitive element to your live experiences.

We’ve also made it easier to prepare by allowing you to fully preview a Live interaction before going live.

Live Mode: Speed Scoring

You can now enable Speed Scoring in your Live Mode interactions. Participants earn more points for answering scored questions faster, which creates friendly competition among participants. Full details in this article.

Live Mode Preview

You can now fully preview a Live interaction before running it. This allows you to test questions, timing, scoring, and flow using both the Facilitator and Participant views. Find more information in this article.

Enhanced Title Display

We’ve improved how titles are shown across the Interactions page. You’ll now see both the Display Title (what participants see) and the Internal Title (for your team’s reference) side by side, making it easier to organize and manage your interactions at a glance.

Character Limit for Long Answer Questions

You can now control how long a participant’s response can be by setting a maximum and/or minimum character limit for Long Answer questions.
