Word Play: Engage and Challenge Your Audience

We are psyched to introduce CredSpark's Word Play, a captivating word-guessing game. Challenge your audience to discover a hidden word in a limited number of tries. You can customize the game based on your needs: choose words ranging from 3 to 10 letters, set the number of tries, make it a stand-alone question, or just one in a quiz. You will find it in Templates or you can add it as a question type.

Improved Question Pool: Create Dynamic Assessments

We have made a significant enhancement to our Question Pool feature to offer you greater flexibility. The Question Pool has been relocated to the Sections settings, allowing you to create more dynamic assessments for your audience. Imagine you want to evaluate three essential skills: problem solving, critical thinking, and decision making. With our latest update, you can incorporate questions that measure these skills into separate sections. The best part? You have full control over the number of questions displayed from each section, ensuring the desired composition for your assessments.

Enhanced Integration Management: Streamlined Control

Managing your integrations has never been easier! You now have the ability to access and manage all your integrations directly from your Admin Settings page. Whether you need to set up, edit, or disconnect integrations, the process is seamless and intuitive. Refer to our Knowledge Base for detailed instructions on setting up various integrations.

Other changes:

• Bug Fix: Image Resize Issue Resolved. We have addressed the bug related to image resizing, ensuring that images now maintain their proper dimensions and can be easily resized in Question modal.  

• Enhanced Contact Information in the Admin Panel. To ensure accurate contact information, CredSpark automatically retrieves the user's First and Last name from your Single Sign-On (SSO) provider. This integration ensures that contact details in the Admin Panel are always up-to-date

• Improved User Experience for Degreed Clients. As part of our commitment to enhancing the user experience, we have removed the "Verify only passing scores" checkbox. This checkbox is no longer necessary, as Degreed has made a change to their platform and now ANY CredSpark-powered  quiz will ONLY appear as “Verified” when a user meets or exceeds the passing score, on any attempt. 

• Excel Error Message Resolved. We have fixed the Excel error message that previously occurred when attempting to open CredSpark reports. You can now seamlessly access and analyze reports without any disruptions.
