August, 2025 Product Release Notes
The August release brings a few design and reporting improvements, along with updates to data handling and overall usability.
Availability: Enterprise, Premier, Ultimate, CredSpark+
Display Logic Redesign
We have updated the display logic setup in both the question setup and the results view. The new layout makes it easier to set up and review, with a cleaner design that improves usability. This is a design update only and does not change how the feature works.
Availability: Enterprise, Premier, Ultimate, CredSpark+
Delivery Tab Improvements
We have made changes in the Deliver tab to make it better organized and more modern. Settings that were previously managed with checkboxes are now presented as toggle switches. These changes are UI/UX updates only and do not affect functionality - everything continues to work as before.
Availability: Enterprise, CredSpark+
Drag & Drop Pair Match in Reports
The Drag & Drop Pair Match question type is now supported in Reports. You can customize how results are displayed, including color changes, and choose to show answers either as percentages or as absolute values (number of responses).
Availability: CredSpark+
Improvement: Outcomes in xAPI
We have updated xAPI support to include Outcomes. Previously, the outcome of an interaction was not being passed through in the xAPI statement. Now, outcomes are captured and reported as part of the Results Statement.
Availability: CredSpark and Omeda clients
Updates to the CredSpark - Omeda Integration
Based on your feedback, we have added multiple improvements to this integration! Please check those out, below, and let us know if you have any other ideas or questions.
NEW!: Profiling Options for Newsletters, Deployments, and SMS
Profiling lets you hide questions already answered, ensuring that only relevant ones - like subscription questions for unsubscribed users - are shown.
Now, you can choose to hide a Deployment question type by setting it to “Do not display question” if the user is already subscribed to that deployment type.
NEW!: Customize Promo Keys (Promo Codes) in CredSpark
Promo Keys let you see where your responses are coming from - like whether someone clicked from your website, an email campaign, or another channel. By default, responses coming through Omeda questions use the promo key “CredSpark.”
Want to track by campaign or channel? Just add your own promo key.
1. Open the Delivery tab → Promo Key Settings.
2. Enter a value (for example: website, summer_campaign).
That value will be attached to each response sent into Omeda, so you can segment your reporting by campaign or channel with ease.
IMPROVED!: Yes/No Demographics
Thanks to your feedback, Yes/No demographics no longer appear as a single checkbox. They’re now displayed as a multiple-choice Yes/No question.
We’re excited to bring you these updates and hope they make your workflows smoother. As always, we’d love to hear your feedback!
